Pedal to Provide – Volunteer Sign-Up
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to help make this year’s Stroll & Roll a smooth, fun, and successful event! Use the widget at the bottom of the page to claim your spot.

Mile Marker 1 (3 volunteers needed)
Arrive early to help set up the station
Greet and check in with participants as they pass
Load coolers with food and bring to your station
Please feel free to bring balloons & other decor to decorate your station!
Hand out water and snacks
Mile Marker 3 (3 volunteers needed)
Arrive early to help set up the station

Mile Marker 6 (3 volunteers needed)
Arrive early to help set up the station

Early Bird Set-Up Crew (4 volunteers needed)
Arrive at 7am to help with general event setup
Duties may include setting up tables, tents, signage, and water/snack stations
Great for those who want to help and still enjoy the rest of the event!
Food Servers (2 volunteers needed)
Assist with serving food to participants once they return from the Stroll & Roll
Keep the food area tidy and welcoming
Ice Runners (2 volunteers needed)
Pick up bags of ice before the event and drop them off during setup
You’ll be reimbursed—keep your receipt!
Ideal for someone with a car and a bit of time flexibility
T-Shirt Distribution (2 volunteers needed)
Help check participants in and hand out event t-shirts
Friendly faces encouraged—first impressions matter!
